i had 3 lucid dreams one night after the other 1 useing wild 1useing mild then 1 just hoping. now i barly get 1 in a week why:confused:

Dream recall and lucid dreaming abillities seem to ebb and flow.

Sometimes you have massive amounts of LDs, and other times you barely seem to dream at all.

This could be because of outside stress.

If there's something that's nagging or bothering you, you might try to solve it.
