Too Excited!!! WILD

Helloooo, tried WILDing it last night - took me until 4am to get comfortable... I started to see flashing lights etc, didnt stare to much at them just kept relaxing and counting then all of a sudden the lights to turned into an Alien danceing ( not very clear though) and my body had vibrations going through them... When I got to that stage I got butterflies in my tummie and had and it woke me up...

Any tips to keep that at a minimun? And what would have happend if i had kept on... would i have have gone into the " second vibrations?":o

Sounds like you were on the right track, if you keep trying then you will get used to the odd sensations and they won't bother you so much. Also, WILDs are meant to be done when your tired, so I suggest doing a WBTB early in the morning instead of staying up all night trying to relax ;).

Repeat to yourself "nothing can hurt me, nothing can hurt me." Even if you don't realize your nervous you probably thought about possible dangers or bad things that can happen to you while doing this. Prepare to hear strange voices and sounds don't be startled... embrace it and you won't lose focus.

Once before I heard someone shouting my name and jumped out of my skin haha
