Question about my WILDs

I have tried to WILD many times and I have read all the guides. However, there are some situations when I don't know if I am doing something right or when to proceed into another stage. So heres what happens for me.

I usually wake up about 3 or 4 hours after I go to bed. For example last night I woke up at 5 am. I can achieve SP in a matter of five minutes so I usually try and WILD multiple times if I fail. What is very strange about my WILDs is that when I feel myself getting SP, it feels like energy is flowing through my body and it starts to tingle. Then it feels like my whole body is rushing into my head and my head starts to feel really strange, like there is alot of pressure building up. I don't really hear things, but sometimes I see bits of images. I'm not sure what to do while my head is feeling like its rushing.

I need help though, I was wondering what do I do after that step, because I always enter SP and then about 3 mins later it's gone and I'm still lying in my bed wondering what the heck just happened. I can tell I'm very close, i just need some advice to what to do after I enter SP from a person who has had similiar problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The best strategy when going into SP is to no pay too much attention to it, if your focusing too much on SP itself your likely to sometimes come out of it, just observe it and let the HI and vibrations follow.

Ok but what do I do after SP will something happen, and if so how do I transition into dreamstate?
