      Quick Question

Ok, i just tried to wild. Well it all went good this time, after a while my legs numbed up then my body then all of sudden I was feeling something crazy. Intense feeling everywhere and in my head. It was very intense it was LIKE i was entereing a dream. This is where my question comes in.

I THINK i was in SP. But when I got to the point I explained above I moved my leg and I could easily move my leg. So I was like, so oh, I wasn't in SP wasnt I? Cause I could easily move my leg?

No, you weren't in SP yet. In SP you can't move anything.

I've also gotten to the point of numbness, but never further than that. What I want to know is, once you actually do enter SP, what are you supposed to do after that??...the guides say to roll but if you're in SP you can't do that. Do they mean imagine it or visualize it?

I think you stay still until your in the dream. When you finally enter the dream you can move. (Move with your dream body of course)

you'll know when you're in sp. I had it once after an LD and it was really annoying but I knew not to be scared. I was kinda worried though because I wanted to tell everyone about my LD but couldn't move. Sadly I have yet to succeed with a WILD also. I try everynight before sleep just to relax but whenever I wake up in the middle of the night I either am too scared to try to WILD, too tired to WILD, or just don't want to WILD. My best bet must be naps.

I get into the what you described, Xyn, about feeling like a sudden change but still being able to move my leg. I guess we gotta just stay with it longer. Takes me about 10-20 minutes to get to that point for me.

Did you WBTB before WILDing? I've tried it before bed, and I get the numbness feeling (like when your foot "goes to sleep"). But I can easily move any part of my body.

It's harder to do it without WBTB, because it takes time to reach REM, but if you wake up in the middle of it, it's easy to go back.

Yeah, today I had a sublimal program running on my computer all day so that might help trigger a LD too.

But, if it don't I will do a WBTB and WILD... Ill see how it goes!

Subliminal program? Oh, you mean those things that flash messages... what does yours say? I tried "I will have lucid dreams" for a while, it didn't work.

Why 6:00? Is that a random time, or a rem period? Because if it's a random time, you might want to change it to a REM-time.

Which program are you using? I was using subliminal blaster, but I found the neon red text flashing on my screen to be distracting and annoying. Maybe there's a better one that is more... not distracting?

Yeah, i'm using the same one. I'm just trying it out. The author of the thread says it works very well. It may be the same thread you found your version on though.
