1) I dont quite understand what the tutorials are saying by "Rolling out of you body". When is the right time?
2) And if you WILD, will you have control of the dream right when the dream begins?
Thank You so much.

1) Well, it kinda like you feel that your not really in your body anymore and what I do is try and get up off my bed with my mind. It's basically like you are trying to exit your real body into a dream.
2) Absolutely, you will have control when it begins because you have entered your dream fully conscious and aware. It will also be more vivid.
1) If you get the vibrations most of the time you get a strong sense of vertigo. So when they say roll out of your body, they mean imagine trying to move out of your body. when you imagine or pretend to try to move, you usually fell like you are doing that movement. Its how i start my WILDs most of the time
2) Not exactly. when the dream begins, you will have lucidity, but lucidity and dream control are 2 different things. WILDs have no lapse of consiousness, so they usually come with more control.
