      Dream Inspiration or Recipies?

      Hey guys, Newbie here. I was wondering i have read the description of lucid dreams and realize i have done it a few times before. Lately i havent been having any dreams that I remember in the morning and usually i remember a dream or two. I Was wondering is there anything i can do during the day, eat ,drink to inspire dreaming later that night. Or maybe some techniques i can do in bed to start up a dream? Please repson thanks!
