If it's a nice slow piece, then it might act as white noise which you could concentrate on while you WILD, I say give it a shot. |

i was just wondering if listening to some soft classical music while trying to wild would have any negative effects. im sure this has been asked many times and feel bad about starting a thread to ask it again. |

Quiet music can help you relax, and those help you succeed in the WILD. |

I see no reason why it would effect your chances, as long as you keep it at a low volume, not too loud because that would keep you awake, keep it at an easy listening volume so that it can help you relax, you could even use it as a focus point so that you can focus on the music whilst attempting your WILD. Go for it with confidence |
