Lucid to the other side

Hi all,
First post here as a result of a lucid dream last night.
I have about 6-12 lucids a year and this was one of the
more interesting ones to say the least.

Dream:
I was in a very large, very nice home. There was a lady involved and
there was sex. I was fully aware I was dreaming. I wanted to get some
pictures of the lovely lady (I think bare). Now heres the interesting part...
my plans where to photograph the lady with my professional camera (I am
a pro photog for real) and when I awake from the dream they would be on
my flash card memory (for real)! Well, after I awoke and checked the memory, there was nothing on it. However, I don't recall even taking any pictures in the dream. There was something stopping me from doing that, something like I didn't have something to complete the shoot?

Again, the most interesting part for me was that I was going to attempt
to reach the other side from my dream.

You probably lost control/lucidity at this point in the dream, which would explain why you didn't get to complete your goal (to take pictures).

You mean the other side as in your real flash memory? Yeah, that's pretty cool, trying to transfer stuff from your dream to RL. Of course you checked it and it wasn't there, because it's obviously impossible (but it would be cool).

Hey there, congrats on your lucid dream!

I've had dreams too where I wanted to somehow bring something from my dream into my waking life. I'd try to stash a stack of money under my bed and hope it was there in the morning, or I'd try to write important things down in my dream and then hope it was there to read when I woke up.

For some odd reason it never quite works though :)

Hey, welcome and congrats on your LD. I had an LD kinda like that too, where I wasn't 100% conscious and everything was so beautiful that I tried to take some pictures/screenshots to upload them on DV. If only that really worked...
