Is it normal..?
I discovered this all LD thing like 5 months ago.. I keep a DJ and do Rc's, not too much not too little. And I still havnt got a single LD (not counting the one I had like 3 years ago but I didiny knew what they were) so.. I was wondering if im not capable to LD.. or something.
I've had lots of LD related dreams but I think that when Im dreaming I take evrything like normal.. I've nearly WILD'd but when I was in the dream started punching someone and moved my real life arm.. so is this just bad luck? I'd like some advice too I you like..
I was thinking of giving up but.. what do I loose by not giving up.. It's not like I do a lot while dreaming.
Thanks in advance :)

Well i can tell that your having a hard time, especially since you've put so much effort in so far, well you are keeping a journal of your dreams which is great! :) Keep it up, if you find that doing constant RC's isn't working you could maybe try looking at some other techniques like WBTB or WILD, you attempted a WILD and i think if you are doing well with it you should consider continuing however i think that you should stay put for the moment, put effort and passion into your RC's, truly ask yourself and repeat them so it becomes a natural habit, also try reviewing your dreams and looking for dream signs so that you can recognise them within the dream state. Thats only a few tips, i hope it helped and if you keep going and try to maintain a positive attitude you will do well! If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

It's perfectly normal what you're experienced, happens to a lot of people. It's not that you can't lucid dream, it's just you've not yet.
Lucid Seeker gave some solid advice there. you did incredibly weel in that WILD, so maybe you should try them again. Give MILD a go too, a lot of people have luck with that one.

There is also a thing as trying to hard. I can tell by the fact that you said you have had LD related dreams that LDing is solidly ingrained in your head and subconscious, which is fantastic. Maybe you should try putting a little less pressure on yourself while your awake, and just keep flooding your mind with stuff related to lucid dreaming. Combined with a little bit of autosuggestion while falling asleep (long live the power of the mind!), LDs might just start popping up naturally. If you try and force it, however, you'll just end up stressing yourself out, and stress is the #1 dream killer.

I think Im going to try MILD, Sine when I sometimes fall asleep trying to remember my dream.. I remember my dream.. IN MY DREAM lol, not knowing its a dream of course and wake up like 5 secs later lol =P.
MILD seems like the right choice, I've got fair dream recall
