Semi-Lucid Dream?
Ok i got about 6 hours sleep before i woke up to get a drink etc, then went back to bed, i feel i had a lucid dream but i was not in total control, heres is what happened;
I went to bed at 1ish and set my alarm for 7, I woke up went to the toilet, got a drink and got back into bed, after a short lie in bed I woke and did the RC breath test, I could breathe fine through my nose so I did the lights test. As soon as the lights didn’t work I got excited and woke up back in bed thinking “damn”, I did another RC check and was still dreaming. This time I also tried jumping up which felt like I was floating, i then tried stretching my finger which worked too. I tried the palm test a few times and it didn’t work even once.
While dreaming I had barley any control, I was in my house the whole time and felt constantly dizzy. I had 3 false awakenings and each time I had barley any, if not less control.
Along with no control I couldn’t think of anything to do, I did at once think “I need a training room” while saying this i was picturing a plain white room but instead i woke up in my bed in a plain black room and a ledge with a door above me, next thing I knew I was back in my room. I also remember tryin to switch lights on by clapping because no switch would work.
Halfway through the dream i just seemed to loose all control and dream carried on as normal. Once again there was no TV or guitars in my room just my computer and couch.
The dream didnt feel stable at all and like i said i felt dizzy sometimes to the point i would fall down, after i lost control i felt i carried on dreaming about being in my friends room, which strangly enough was in my house.
When i woke, it felt like i had just been dreaming about being lucid but i remember feeling excited after the RC's, and the dizzyness felt so real.
Do you think i was Semi-Lucid?

It was a normal lucid with little or no control. Nice. Keep training, I guess they will become better with time and exercise.

Cool, guess i'll head over to the dream control forum, thanks :)

Yep, you were lucid. I've also experienced, once, being lucid and having that kind of "drunk" feeling. The main thing to do is just to relax and keep reminding yourself that you're dreaming. It will eventually pass.
As for not knowing what to do, decide on it before you go to bed. Remind yourself as you're going to sleep what you're going to do so that way, when you do become lucid, you won't have to spend time trying to think of something.

Cool i will defo try that next time, i just hope i cant controll the dizzyness

Congratulations on the lucid dream. :)
It can be annoying when you have little or no control, but that will improve in time. As Amethyst Star said, take the time to relax and remind yourself that you're dreaming. You'll find everything will become much clearer and even if you haven't though of what to do the night before, your thoughts should be coherant enough to form a good plan.
