Hello
gosh where to begin?
I took control of my dreams when I was a pre-teen. It began with a nightmare, I was being chased by a monster. I decided to turn and face it. It turned into a puppy, and since then I don't think I ever had a really frightening dream. I'm in my mid 30s now.
One day I was on a high cliff edge, with a vast sea in front of me. I jumped off, and black curled up object grew out of my back (don't know how I saw that) and they blossomed into giant white wings. I flew and it was amazing. The dream like injection there was that I wore black flippers !!! which somehow helped me.
Anyway ... I love taking control of my dreams. It's amazing.

Hey there Bounce, welcome to the forum! Make yourself at home. :)
Dream control can be great for overcoming nightmares, yeah. How often do you control your dreams and are they lucid or not?

I am not new to Lucid Dreaming. I just did not know that is was ... on the net!
I don't go out of my way to control dreams, I just enjoy them now. When I do control them its usually to push the limits of "normality". Running faster and faster.... breathing under water .... I am sure you guys know what I mean.
Anyway.
