      Hi, I'm new here...

      Hi everyone, I'm new here.
Just browsing when I found this site, this is a very interesting site. Before knowing this site, I'm dreaming at least 1 dream each night. Since I made my Dream Journal, I can recall about 3-4 dream each night, wow...
I really want to have lucid dreams, can anyone tell me what should I do next? Am I in the right path?
Yes, I've read so many tutorials and it makes me confuse which one I should try first.
      Thank You so much
      Sorry 4 my bad English...

Hi richard Don't worry, your English is great! Welcome to the forum

As a beginner, MILD and WBTB are good methods. A lot of people attempt WILD as a beginner and get frustrated when they aren't making any progress.

Also, keeping a dream journal will help your dream recall, and help you to pay more attention to your dreams and to recognize patterns called dream signs. Free feel to utilize the DV Dream Journal if you want.

      Good luck and have fun!

      to the forum!
^^ they stated some good methods to start with. Just to make sure, are you doing reality checks during the day? This is a great way to spontaneous lucids, and is recommended for beginners because it is so easy. I've had several LDs, all from RCs or asking if I'm dreaming in a dream.

Good luck on the DEILD Richard, listen if you have been feeling tired lately and not being able to write more than one dream per day, don't sweat it, if you can afford to get to bed earlier then go for it! Also another tip, try and remember waking from as many dreams as you can. We actually wake up temporarily after every dream we have but you probab ly just don't remember it, so my advice to you is to try and remember waking up and eventually you will gather some awareness when waking up and when you actually wake up after each dream try recalling the dream you just had and don't write it down unless you feel like it, just recall it and put out the intention to remember it when you wake up properly in the morning. Best of luck to you!

Yeah, maybe I mustn't sweat it...
Um.. I wonder, why I always accept my dreams as a reality (which cant make me ld). So I never aware whenever I'm dreaming...
I thought to do reality check properly but I think it's silly, simply because I know that I'm not dreaming actually.
I wonder how you guys can ever tell if you're dreaming (in dreams)?
      I really2 want to have ld :-(
I can recall at least 1 dream per night every morning naturally (dunno since when), does my dream recall is quite enough to have ld or not?

You have to realise that alot of us struggle to realise that a dream is a dream, we accept it as reality because we have such a low consciouss awareness in our dreams, if we work towards getting a better recall then eventually we remember more and eventually we may even get to the point in which we are a bit more aware in the dreams and we can distinguish reality from dreaming. The best way to recognise if you are dreaming or not is to keep a dream journal and analyse your dreams to see if there are any reoccurring signs in the dream. Then you have to tell yourself that the next time you see such signs you will recognise them and do a reality check, feel free to go off this example, you can work on many different ways.

If you have any other questions then feel free to ask, PM me if you want to have a chat about it
