im new and intrigued!

hi, my friend came across this site for me as for the past few years i have been having lucid dreams and sleeparalaysis (however its spelt) untill recently i have never known or understood it atall!

i have controlled quite a few dreams, most of the times without trying atall! i didnt actually know what i was doing, just went along with it and enjoyed it! sometimes when i realise im asleep and i cant move i also dream! very real dreams, i know im in bed and i open my eyes and everything is exactly how it should be and i think im awake! but im really only dreaming im awake!

as the dreams have progressed and i have understood them more i can control more! but sometimes once i realise im actually dreaming my eyes close in the dream and i get sleeparalaysis!

I've heard of dream paralysis, and I know there are members here who suffer from it too, I just can't remember who they were. I'll try to find their posts for you and see if that helps you. It's happened to me before, but not real often.
