i have had lucid dreams but evry time i get to lucid some one wakes me up. and probably have frogotten many others...
ever since school started iw stoped dreaming or dont remeber them. acording to wat iw read on this site it is because of stress. wich i belive is true as iw been wery frustrated the last 6 months... or more... I am doing many stress relifes but too many of them stresses me more when im stressed! (i dont know if stressed realy is an english word but il use it anyways) anywhoo now im getting bored of typing my first topic and must go search for cool stuff on this site

Welcome to the forum keyboard monster. You seem to be a natural which is cool. Yeah the stress from school and possible sleep pattern changes can alter your recall and lucidity.
Well it's a friendly place here. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask :)

Welcome to DV.
Remember, you always dream. It's just the issue of remembering them. Sitting up from bed, closing your eyes and focusing might bring back some or all memories (sitting up is a good idea because you wouldn't want to fall asleep again)...
See you around and good luck!

Hey smim, good to see you joined us. read the tutorials in the forum, they help alot, and im too lazy to talk about it over breakfast to you so boome! (also im still asleep at breakfast)
if you sleep too long in the morning it can make it harder to remember, atleast i have that problem with the light and heat. (and admit it, you are hell to wake up)

I don't know if you've done this, but the dream journal's primary functon is to maintain and increase dream recall. There is some juicy information around here on boosting dream recall.
In any event, welcome!

We have a Dream Recall forum which you should post in if you have any questions about recall

I bet it's more than just stress making it hard for you to remember dreams. I've found that the biggest barriers to dream recall during the school year are alarm clocks, and getting too little sleep. Getting too little sleep causes you to dream less, and alarm clocks make you get up quickly and be immediately focused on the day, which makes it easy for you to forget your dreams. If you go to sleep earlier, and make sure to try and think back on what just happened in your dreams immediately upon waking, you'll do much better at remembering your dreams.
