New here. I've started keeping a dream journal. I have recorded about four so far. Here's an experience I had recently if you care: I was stuck in my dream so I imagined where I was in reality (in my bed) and was able to wake up. My eyes were tired after that.

Its good that you've already started a dream journal and even better that you managed to wake yourself up also, may i ask, have you tried any induction techniques yet?

no i haven't tried any induction techniques yet. i guess i should read up about those because i don't know what they are. =)
