Hi, my name is Greg and I am from scotland, how do we all do then?
Hey Greg :welcome: to DreamViews!
I am good, how about you? May i ask you if you have taken any steps towards trying to have a lucid dream yet?
Also if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask :)
Hey Greg, how you doing?
Im great thanks, glad to see you are all good :boogie:
anyway, I've had many a lucid dream, but they've only happened randomly, so my train of though usually is "I wonder if I'll have 'those' dreams again", hoping that i do.
And last night I did, and it was great, it was originally meant to be a nightmare, but my attitude turned it into something better, I wanted to know what it all meant and what it was called, and it seems I've stumbled into the right place, I want to learn how to control and learn to do these dreams more regularly, (and not go to sleep for 24 hours a day just to have these dreams), so I actually look forward for going to bed :p
my sleeping pattern usually is 11pm until 8am.
Hey I have about the same pattern as you, and with this have come up with a way to pretty much become lucid every night, well it has worked for me anyways, there is a link in my signature, take a look if you get the time :)
If you have any questions, just ask :D
Thanks, when im finishing reading up about lucid dreams on the dreamviews webpage, I'll have a look at the technique in your sig link, thanks :)
