      Dream recall, 3 per night

I've been practicing dream recall and im up to remembering 3 dreams per night. In all of these dreams its pretty ovboius between the over all dream and the dream signs that I am dreaming. I regularly preform reality checks through out the day, but that doesn't seem to carry over into my dreams. Even though its ovbious to me later that I was dreaming, I don't seem to be able to realize it in the dream. I have been lucid once that I remember, any tips would help alot. Thanks.

I am by no means an expert. I have pretty much always had great dream recall. and have had numerous LD's before I even knew what one was. How long have you been practicing dream recall and reality checks? I have only been doing this for about 3 weeks and I have had about 4-5 LD's in that time.

What I find most beneficial is I read over and over again the forum and message boards before going to sleep. I ask myself 30- 50 times a day "Am I dreaming" Then I perform the reality checks,. I do not do the reality checks as often as I ask myself if I am dreaming. That simple sentence is enough for me to trigger the reality checks in my dreams.

I hope this helps. I am no expert but I do have more than average LD experiences. I was only last night able to make someone appear in my dream. But after that I woke up I wish you lots of luck and just remember to keep thinking about it especially before going to sleep.

Do you do techniques like WILD or MILD. I find MILD works well for me. I wake up during the later stages of my sleep and stay up for an hour, and do the MILD technique.

what do you do during that hour that you wake up for, when do you wake up (after how many hours of sleep), and what exactly do I do for WILD to work. I've read about it and tried it but my mind always wanders becuase it takes me a while to fall asleep, so a little more info on WILD's woulnd't hurt, thanks.
