Hey, i just joined this site about 2 weeks ago when i got my first Lucid Dream and i've been really interested about how to control them since then. Mostly, i've had problems with getting to sleep, getting into SP, and becoming lucid. I also wanted to know which method is best to attain lucidity (WILD, DILD, DIELD, Etc). It would be great to get as much help as possible.
