is this an LD or is it my flu doing this

srry bout the post :\ well last night i had tried my first attempt at LD and i had relaxed myself and kept trying 2 tell myself "i am going to have a lucid dream" "i am going to dream be aware" and stuff like that and all of a sudden my body felt sorta tingly thats the only way i could describe it and i could start 2 c images instead of the regular "fuzzys" and stuff well then my hand started feeling like it was being brushed by my pillow but i was sure i wasnt touching it and i seemed 2 b aware of it but i was still incredibly relaxed it actually felt pretty good but then suddenly the hallway light started 2 blare on me and i could soon hear the voices of the tv again and i wasnt sure if my body was just doing something wierd or it was the beginning of a LD which im pretty skeptical about cuz it was my first time trying this sorta thing or it was my flu o and 1 more thing was when i started 2 c images it felt as if my eyes were opening but even though i only got a tiny glance at it i THINK it was supposed 2 b my room but there was no color and it was sorta blurry i dunno if my eyes were starting 2 open slightly or it was an LD can you help? :?

Well I wouldn't say that was a lucid. As a lucid is when you are in a dream and know it. That sounds like you had a little sleep paralysis and started to WILD. Maybe a little longer and you would have gone straight into a dream and would've been lucid. Well done though that seems quite good.

thx :) and ya i no it wasnt much i just wish i was able 2 continue until i could actually c how it was since when i first found out about the whole controlling dreams thing it amazed me that that was even possible i just hope i dont get woken up again :P
