Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums. I've been trying to get LD every night and then since last week when I read some tuts. Unfortunately, haven't had one yet and it looks like I need more practice to achieve LD.

Hi, just remember not to try too hard to have them. Just pick a few reality checks U feel comfortable/convienient and enjoy doing during waking time and have a mindset that U might be dreaming even during waking time....which is..."U are always in a dream until U do a reality check to prove that U are not"...:D.

:welcome: to the forums!
Don't worry, as long as you are motivated, you will get that LD and then some! :) Keep trying out different techniques and find one that works best for you.
Hey there, welcome to the forum - It can take time, so you just got to keep at it. If you got any questions just shout :)
Hi there and welcome to Dream Views.
Yes, it will take some practice before you lucid dream.
How's your dream recall? If you improve that you'll have much better chances at recalling a lucid dream if you do have one. Get a good batch of sleep, tell yourself as your drifting off that you WILL be lucid. And mean it.
See you around.
:)

One week isn't very long to wait. It could take some time! Anyway, I'm sure you'll get one soon :D
Thanks for the welcome guys.
I'm very motivated and my dream recall's pretty good. I managed to remember my dream(failed to realize it was a dream) last night and when I woke up, I did some reality checks and I immediately wrote what I remembered in my dream journal.
:welcome:to Dreamviews from the old man from down under.
Keep up the dream journal, writing in it as soon as you wake up from a dream, even if its the middle of the night. Do frequent reality checks during all hours and eventually you will have a LD. It is such a fantastic and unbelievable experience and something you will want to have over and over again and well worth the effort to achieve.
Good luck and best wishes.:boogie:
Thank you, Ronstek. I'll do my best but won't try too hard to achieve LD. I'm also glad that my dream recalling is improving. :)
