Well, I dissagree... The amount will probably decrease, but you'll have more quality threads But I suppose your'e talking from experience, so who am I to argue ?

I suggest you read the tutorials if you haven't, and those should answer many of your questions. Also, you can use the search function to look up topics that you think might have already been addressed. Otherwise you can create a thread with your question or PM or IM me, or any other member...

Like Truthbearer says, if you still have questions after the tutorials, I suggest you post the 'silly little questions' anyway, in a new thread under 'Got Questions'
Mention at the top that they might be silly, but there was nowhere else to ask them

I doubt they would be that silly anyway
Any question you still have after the tutorials reflects a possible lack of some information in the tutorial itself

Otherwise, if you feel embarassed by the questions, you can PM any of us.

This is the 700th time someone has proposed a chat room or something similar.

It won't happen. WE feel that if people use chat rooms, the quality of the forum will decrease, as everyone would want to chat instead of post.
