Newbie with a ongoing weird Dream

Hi all,
My weird dream has brought me to this forum. i hope somebody knows what my dream means and what the solution can be.
I happen to have this dream at least 1-2 times in a week and most of the times when i go to bed early.
My dream is :I see myself carrying a bag on my shoulders which is really heavy and i am barely able to walk and i see people walking with me are walking normally without any problems. I try to stop and gain some energy but the result is the same.
I am having this dream since last 4-5 years. Can some please pleaseee.. explain what is the problem and what the solution can be.
Before this dream i used to have another dream since my childhood which i used to have 2-3 times a week but has stopped coming now in my sleep for last 7-8 years and the dream was.:
I see a ping pong ball with needles coming out of it and its coming near to me getting bigger and bigger and travelling in slow motion and its tring to enter my mouth which i have to open it bigger and bigger to accomodate the ball. once the ball touches my mouth i used to wake up terrified and sweating. go back to sleep again and same dream again.
Although it has stoped coming now but i want to know what was the purpose of the dream.

Please someone solve my problem. i will be grateful to him/her.

well, when you have a dream twice in a small amount of time, you probably expect to have that dream again, so you do, and I dont think it has a meaning, just a dream. but since that dream occurs so often you should make that your dream sing and you could 2-3 lds per week. another thing you could do would be auto suggestion (is that right?), just think about what you want to dream about before going to bed.
