a hello from a newguy but old dreamer
hi there
just joined the forum....got sick of my friends thinking im crazy when i talk about my lucid dreams or sleep paralysis. :?
a little history... ive been a experiencing sleep paralysis since as far back as my memory goes and have flirted with with lucid dreams since my mid teens.. though i became somewhat proficient with the latter i stopped exploring it because of too many weird experiences... but still love to talk about it and still find myself becoming aware in the odd dream. As for the paralysis i find it happens mostly when i'm super tired and sleep on my back. Though it really doesnt bother me much anymore because i learned to reconize it for what it is, a long time ago.
anyways im not exactly a newb but look forward to entering into any discussion in the future...

hi i know how you feel about the friends thinking your crazy, happened to me. most people cannot accept things they do not understand... kind of like in the matrix films.
anyway good luck here:)
i only just started having lucid dreams but i have had 4 in 6 days!
2 of those lucid dreams were fully lucid and lasted 10 mins each
