NEWBIES: Let us collect Frequently asked questions in this thread {CLOSED}

Hi there. What if we collected yours questions in this thread? It would be superb to build one biiiig FAQ list, which we could present to the experienced later on. Maybe we could discuss best questions in different threads later on.

This post is aiming to collect noob questions only. You know .... questions which are no more a problem for experienced, but are still a problem for us.

It would be best to give this thread some form. I suggest:

INTRO: This should describe a reason for your question. Why do you ask it? What are the circumstances you are currently at in learning process.

QUESTION: Write the question here.. Make it short, Make it general so we may found discussion later. All the circumstances should be written in intro

WHO SHOULD ANSWER: Here you should write who would you like to ask your question {lucid experts, other noobs, lucid naturals, hard learners and so, all}. This is important

And one... most important... thing? Dont answer these questions here... Just write them down. The discussions will come later, when we have more questions to form a discussion topic about some area.

INTRO: OK. Let me start first. I have always have problems with my recall. It seems to be pretty unstable. You know. You try it one night and you wake up three times. But another night it is not as easy as night before. I cannot force myself to stand up. It seems as if I wasnt awake enough to realize i want to write the dreams down.

QUESTION: What should i do to stabilize my recall?
