Picking up my keys..
I'm new here, but not new to lucid dreaming. I was a natural lucid dreamer as a child, but as I grew older and more bound to reality, I partly lost this ability. I still have lucid dreams, but not nearly as often and intense as when I was younger. I've experimented a lot with dreams later in life, and I've had a few precognitive dreams, one that really turned my life in a new direction. I'm convinced that dreams are like keys for us, they can unlock secrets and expand our minds. I'm really just a dreamer, like a child refusing to give up the idea that there are hidden doors or portals to other worlds to be found if you keep searching, and I've found some too..
My dreams have shown me the way before, but it's been a while since I've really given them my attention, so I have some work to do, trying to get connected again.
Wishing you all the best, and looking forward to get to know you
Inanna

I'm pretty much the same as you. I got a bit less lucid dreams as I grew older but now I'm getting them very often again. Lucid dreams played an important role in my younger years and I believed that there is more to it. I'm not sure if I still do though...

Inanna, it must be wonderful to be a "natural" lucid dreamer (even if you partly lost the ability).
I look foward to reading about your lucid experiences and, should you have any questions, please ask and we'll do our best to get you answers!
