hey everyone

hello everyone. im just going to quickly introduce myself. ive already posted 2 threads today and i hope that this site will welcome me with open arms. my names chris. im 23 years old. i live in california, and honestly i dont remember my dreams much. but when i do have a dream its usually very vivid and i know that im dreaming but i still cant quite get the concept of controling them. i guess thats about it. im still learning how to properly navigate this site. it seems pretty big to me. im not really used to forums. well i hope that everyone that reads my posts replys to them, and i hope i get a lot of help understanding some of my night terrors and vivid dreams. thanks :banana:

If you're having trouble remembering dreams, Dream Journaling is a perfect place to start if you haven't already. Be sure to record your dreams, or anything about them you can remember, no matter how small it seems.

Be sure to check out the Tutorials Forum here, its a great place to get started.
