A lot of people believe that our dreams can teach us things about ourselves. Short answer is yes, there are people here who have learned things from their dreams and gotten the answers they were looking for.

I think answers can be found in dreams. Then you have to determine if they are the right answers while you are awake.

A big welcome to the forums here...this is the place to be if you're interested in lucid dreaming or dreams in general. Some people beleive you can actually delve pretty deep, deeper even than in reality, into your brain while asleep and find things out about yourself, perhaps answers, that you never thought you could...There really are so many plusses to becoming a lucid dreamer..you'll have your own little universe to control...and it doesn't take all that much if you're dedicated...Have you had lucid dreams before at all? Do you know their potential, or is this all new to you?
When I was younger I remember being in a dream and floating I wanted to go up so I did. Then I thought "I can't be doing this!" and I started to fall down. So I spent my time trying to controll my thoughts/flight.
Now I have to concentrate on remembering my dreams!
