Seconds of lucidity help to extend

I've had two expiriences now, in one i was dreaming with some girl i know and we were going out, but i needet two bottle caps, and i couldnt find one of them, then i woke up in the frustration of not findin the cap, so the second i woke up i thought "the guy next to me has a cap" fell sleep again and he handed me the cap, but that wasnt LD i know, the LD experience i had was just for a second,

I dreamed i was with some friends and i brought an ostrich, i left my friends with the ostrich, and it killed them all, so the police was after me, i was driving, then running trying to get rid of them, i get into a small cotage then the police man shows up and was going to beat me, then i saw something extrange that i dont remember and became aware that i was dreaming, then i thought that the police officer was tied in the floor and i was just walking out, and it worked, but i lost lucidity, it was just for a second, then my dad found porn in my computer, but probably was a separeted dream :roll::D

I think i was to freaked out because of the police following and all the running, also i didnt know all that rub your hands and spinning, but the only thing i thought is you are in a LD quickly fix the police man problem!!! i need to learn to calm down or something

Extending LDs comes with experience and remembering techniques, eventually they will get longer.
