I'm new here, too, so I don't know too much about this sort of stuff.

My advice to is to keep writting dreams in your journal. Are you using a journal?

Aye, we all have crazy dreams. But most people dream like you do, remember one or no dreams a night, have nights where they dont dream at all (or they seem not to)
There are two types of sleep, which I've been told of. Light sleep and heavy. Light sleep is where most of your dreams come into play. Deep sleep, to coin the phrase you sleep like a rock. No dreams, completley shut off. Well, you dream every night, but you dont remember most or any when deep sleeping.
everyone has their off days. Oh, and Welcome to the Forum!

Ok. cool. Thanx. Alright. sounds good, but is there any way to help increase that, besides writing, because if i have nothing to write, how will it help?

Sorry bout that, im having a war in chat..
Lets see, besides writing in a dream journal to help recall dreams? well, you could type them on a computer based Dreamjournal (like microsoft word, notebook, or some downloadable journals on the internet)
Also you could get a tape recorder, or voice recorder and say the dreams into that

Its fully normal not to remember dreams. But the more you try, the better your results will be.

Focus on the way, how you access your brain when you are trying to recall the dreams. Sooner or later you will recognize some good ways how to access the information. For me. It is often helpful to formulate my wish to access the dream using words in combination with images. And then trying to lye still in my bed till it comes.
If some memmory comes to me. I grab it, and name it so it doesnt get lost. I give it expressive name. Then i ask what happened before... Before asking I try to visualise the latest scene as much as possible. {you dont have to be strong visualiser, use all you have ... touch, voices, associacions ... depends on your style of thinking}. Go as far as possible. I remembered three dreams this way often.

I recommend you to visit DV recall forum here:
      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=15

This is the forum i like most. Tell us more about your recall there.
