a lot of people say that they cant stay i there first lucid long as they are too excited but i think its the opposite for me because i keep forgetting that i am dreaming anyone got any tips that could help me out

Im not sure, but i heard that getting into a habit of reality checks carries on into ur dreams. The most unnoticible one is trying to push your tounge through ur teeth. You should perform them evry half hour, as I heard. That might help, so that when you forget, you will (hopefully) do one and come back to lucidity. But, what do I know? Ive been reading this for weeks, and just became a member, so it might help, but no guarantees.
