Your Personal List of Missions

This is particularily for those who haven't really had any/many lucid dreams yet. I was just wondering what your personal list of missions are for when you become lucid? Here is my Top Ten List:

1. Fly (probably to the Statue of Liberty for some reason)
2. Hang out with celebrities (probably Britney Spears for some reason)
3. Have random conversations with Dream Characters (probably ask them if they are aware that they are in my dream)
4. Find out who my Spirit/Dream Guide is
5. Eat something (to see if my taste senses actually work in dreams)
6. Try to invent my own song while dreaming (maybe even sell it to a music company in real life? lol)
7. Visit some of my deceased relatives (sounds creepy, but I miss many of them)
8. Visit Hell/Heaven (compare them)
9. Time travel to the time of the dinosaurs. (maybe even ride a Stegosaurus)
10. Have some sex, nothing too hardcore.

Your list doesn't have to be 10 by the way, just list as much or as little as you want. :smitten:

getting lucid has been a chore in itself so far...3 months with only a glimmer of success. but once I do,

1 I intend to train in martial arts with dcs, specifically chi oriented ones such as qui gong and taichijuan

2 my second goal is to travel to middle earth and explore all over

3 I also want to see the dinos!

4 mm, probably try to visit the spirit relm...meet some famous ancients, see if there really were antlanteans.

thats all I can think of for now

My list is as follows:

• Flying; of course :roll:
• Visiting deceased relatives
• Finding my own meaning to life
• Visiting land of Dinosaurs
• Play Quiditch; how tight would that be? :P
• Underwater exploration of Mariana's Trench (Scary!)
• Swimming in a volcano; seems kinda too advanced though, you'd need some pretty good control
• Free running in France
• Visiting the pyramids

i really like your list, but i will add some extra things for mine:

11. walk through a mirror and see where i end up
12. visit the twin towers on september 11
13. beat up my arch nemesis JUSTINE
14. visit Antarctica to see penguins and see if i can actually feel the cold weather
15. make love with clint eastwood, he is such a studmuffin!

mmm thats my list so far, i will add on later as needed.

I gotta add one more,

I don't have much control yet, but when I do, I'll

1. Visit Atlantis.
2. Ask God what my major should be.
3. Fly over the ocean.
4. Experience a violent storm on the Yorkshire moors.
5. Fly into outer space.
6. Be in The Lord of the Rings.
7. Live out some of my stories.
8. Have plenty of romantic encounters.
9. Transform into a wolf and run around in a snowy wasteland.
10. Become Spiderman and swing over the city.

Well seeing as i've just begun my main focus is actually being able to consistently have/control lucid dreams. But after I can do that:

1. Sex
2. Fly
3. Be all my favourite movie characters and relive my favourite movie scenes (fight scenes from the matrix :D)

4. ^ I'm an aspiring hip hop music producer, so I was thinking of what would happen if I produced a song in one of my dreams, how it would sound etc then try recreating it when I wake up. I'd definately have to work on my recall for that though.

7. Create my own city called Illztopia where i'm the King.

8. Become Tony Soprano from 'The Sopranos' and wack all of New York.

yea you have a point, sometimes you just have those crazy complex adventures that you would never have thought of in the waking world. i like those and i'd like to have more of them as well :banana:

I've had intense flying dreams since childhood. Been flying hang gliders for many yrs, it's as close as it gets to flying like a bird or in dreams. Now when I have a flying dream I'm in a hangglider:) but the flights defy physics.
I would like to project through time and remember the lotto numbers.

1. change the weather.
2. skydive
3. visit the Wheel of Time series.
4. go to alaska.
5. hang out with some dcs
6. go scuba diving, without all the gear.
7. have one of those continuing lucids. Where you dream, wake up, and dream where you left off the last night.

I'd like to add one more:

11. Host a Reunion Party with all my old school mates.

1. have an OBE. Visting someone that I have chosen and checking with them afterwards to see if I really did it.
2. Whatever the task of the month is.

1. Surf down a pyramid made of water
2. I'm the hero in Dead Rising
3. I'm Neo in the Matrix Revolutions, Courtyard fight

Those are my top three, though there are many more.

If you guys need more ideas, there's a huge thread floating around with over 500 things to do I believe...

I like your idea of surfing down a pyramid made of water, now that is creative

Thats what i was going to do but i chose the wwe reunion, thats next for sure though!

I want to visit another planet. I've done the sex thing (great!), been into space, met a famous person in my dream but one thing i've never managed to do is actually visit another planet. Mars would be the best bet as it is solid, if not a bit cold. Visiting one of the gas giants may be a problem.:shock:

There are way to many "missions" for me to list :(. I will list a few that I really want to do. Not in much order expect for top few.

1. Flying :D
2. Shapeshifting
3. Telekinesis
4. Walking through objects
5. Telepathy
6. Eating Things
7. Driving
8. Completing Task of the Months

I have yet to induce a lucid dream, but when it happens
1. Fly (obviously :) )
2. Jump around on the moon
3. Burn cities with my inferno hands
4. Ice skate at high speeds across the sea, creating ice with my mind in front of me
5. Jump from the moon to Earth
6. Stop time
7. Be in a gang shootout
8. Be in western times
9. Create my own planet / race
10. Beat the crap out of someone I don't like :)

1. Fly into space; ride a comet
2. Breathe fire/ice
3. An enormous battle scene with classes like WoW (Rogue, priest, warrior, etc.)
4. There's a whole list of things i want to ask a DC or my Dream Guide like meaning of my life and things like that
5. Dive to the bottom of Marianna's trench and disover new life or hidden mysteries
6. Dive into a volcano and follow it's tunnel to the middle of the earth
7. There are a few ''worlds'' I'd like to visit: Harry Potter, Lord of the rings,World of Warcraft, Diablo 1/2
8. Walk on water, ride a huge tidal wave, learn to surf, get sucked into a whirlpool
9. Breathe out a tornado, get sucked into a tornado
10. I love dreams where I go freerunning or I do parkour so more of those would be great

I suggest putting that list of task in your dream journal so that you don't forget them. I also recommended doing the task of the month for each month, or at least attempt it. Here's what I have left:

Explore the canyons of Mars
Explore Giza
Fly through the clouds
Fly with a comet
BASE jump from Angel Falls
Distort time during a fight
Split myself and have two simultaneous dreams
Be in “The Persistence of Memory”
Go to The Mushroom Kingdom

These were on the list, but I've already completed them:

Be a cartoon character... done

Fun, we danced in a weird void.

1. have a lucid :)
2. swim underwater in a reef
3. talk to dream characters
4. pull myself out of a mirror, or walk through one
5. fly
6. make a house out of clouds and live in it
7. have DC's paint my body into one big artwork
8. dance in front of millions of people
9. have a meal of the tastiest food my mind can invent
10. sex while flying, or underwater, or whatever crazy thing my mind can make up.
I tink i'll be more creative inside a lucid :)

You'd think so, but no. Creativity is poor in lucids because your brain isn't entirely on, that's why I have something in mind that I want to do when I go to bed.

really solid lists here. i've got to think of some stuff to add to it but there are some real cool ones so far

Good idea for a thread. Here are some things I'd like to do, but some may be too grand for the moment.

1) Travel into space and go to the moon or Mars. The moon would probably be easier since I wouldn't have to make it appear or warp there. After that I might as well explore the universe!
2) Have a long conversation with a DC, maybe they'll say something funny or strangely philosophical. I could also talk with someone I know and see how realistically they act.
3) If I ever get good at sensory details, I'd like Top Thrill Dragster, though I'm sure it won't even be remotely close to a real roller coaster.
4) I could fly a jet plane, and see how high I can make it go. I am dreaming after all; who says I can't use that to fly to the moon?
5) I could try to talk to animals, but I'd have trouble convincing myself that they can talk back.
6) If I ever get good, I'd like to become a hawk and thermal and maybe hunt.
7) Go skydiving, and convince myself that if I hit the ground without a parachute open I'll wake up so that I really don't want to hit the ground!
8) I could see how random things taste, like eating a lightbulb...
9) Explore some places on the Earth I haven't been to.
10) Summon earthquakes and watch entire cities come down (alright, that's kind of an abuse of power but I don't care)!
11) Explore deep underwater areas.

There are so many more but then the list would number in hundreds and I'll never complete every goal so I better stop now.

Go to a High school Christmas party (reunion)

Gonna stick to this until it's achieved.

~ Find my Dream name
~ Find my Dream Guide
~ Fly a dragon [sounds fun]
~ Visit some characters from a story of mine
~ Same thing as above but settings of story
~ Go back in time and live out the cooler historical cultures
~ Draw
~ Eat some really fancy foods [Swallow's nest soup, etc.]
~ Try out life in Final Fantasy [VII-XII one of those or more]
~ Meet fictional characters
~ Transform into something cool

My list would be:
1.Get in a gunfight
2.Complete a basic and advanced task
3.Fly
4.Cook some food and eat it.
5.Find out my dream name.
6.Kick someone in the face.
7.Ground surfing where you go really fast but don't fly.

Hm, I have had most of these planned from the start, guess I will post them. :P

1. Meet Miles Prower (Lol... dnow why, just always wanted too. ;) )
2. Go to the future and see what my brain comes up with.
3. Have a full blown mage battle with my arch nemesis. (I am not telling who, and he doesn't really exist.)
4. Meet the two cartoon characters I created and have a regular adventure with them.
5. Walk on water, and possibly try surfing a few tsunamis bare-foot.
6. Fly (I have done in non-lucids, so I know what it is like. I just want to be able to travel fast)
7. Try riding some non-existent vehicles. (Such as hover-boards etc.)

Some of those may be cheesy but I can't wait to try them. I have been waiting over 4 months however... <_<
