Wow.. almost..
So I woke up at 6:00 am.
I tried to fall asleep again but I couldnt so I tought I'd get out of bed and read. I started reading a random book, well I was awake like 1 hours, then I felt sleepy again and I just tought up that maybe I could do a WILD.
I lyed in bed for like 20 minutes, concentrating on my body, how warm I was and trying to not scrach my itches and stuff, so I started hearing this loud noises and had vibrations, altough I always feel a pleasant sinking sensation this time I had vibrations. I was completelly in SP, I could feel my body numb but I felt that I could still move if I wanted to. Then the noise came clarear and louder and the vibrationes were stronger, I remember thinking about transforming those sensationes into some fantasy, the sounds and vibrations that I was hearing I "converted them" into a spacial war, they sounded like laser beams being fired and a spaceship being shakes. Then I started Seeing HI, I could clearly see thousands of stars in ront of my eyes, and I tought I could move them with just thinking about moving the. And I started moving some stars at will, and the I felt like I was in a dream and moved my arm, but I moved my physical arm and opened my eyes..
how do I know that im in full SP and that im in a dream, not HI anymore?

I think, when all's said and done, that only you can determine when you're past HI and actually in a dream.
Myself, sometimes I feel a cool little shifting sensation in my mind that signals a switch to dreaming.
Other times there comes a millisecond of blackout and I 'wake up' in a dream knowing I'm dreaming.
Last WILD I tried a reality check mentioned by Moonbeam where you simply will yourself to float, which eliminates the need to actually move any body parts physical or dream. If you float you're obviously in a dream. If you don't perhaps you aren't dreaming and maybe you should wait a few moments more and try floating up again.
