Hi there "robot that is lucid".
That was a great introduction.
Have you ever had a LD???
If not. To start with, Start a dream journal, a writing pad beside your bed and write down as much detail of your dreams as you can remember as soon as you wake up.
Secondly. Start doing a reality check at least every half an hour every day untill it becomes a habit.
The aim is to improve your dream recall and hopefully you will automatically do a RC during a dream and presto, Lucidity.
Best wishes and welcome.
I will leave it up to "Clairity" to do her usual intro and give you links to important threads.
(Bugger. She slipped in before me whilst I was typing this out.)
I'm sorry, I kind of misspoke. (or misstyped, or whatever.) I don't need any help. I have been browsing these forums for several months now. But i just signed up.
Welcome to the site and since you already know your way around... see you around.
Good luck with whatever dreaming ambitions (if any) that you may have.
