New Here
Hey Guys I am new (of Course), MY name is Ian.
I Stumbled across this website a night or two ago, and It fascinated me. Last Night I thought I would attempt getting into a lucid state. I had many dreams last night, but I kept breaking out of sleep, they were in more detail than they had ever been but I kept waking up throughout the night/morning. Does anyone have any suggestions to where It would help me stay asleep?
Thanks! and cant wait to start posting more!

Ian, did you just wake up on your own or did what was happening in the dreams wake you up?

You might also want to check out the Tutorials forum which contains information on the various lucid dreaming techniques and other helpful stuff: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25

It takes a bit of training and the right intent to become lucid regularly. It doesnt happen over night. Start with the tutorials and go from there.
P.S Welcome to the forums!

A regular bed and awake time should train your body to sleep more soundly.
But if you are waking up throughout the night perhaps you should use those chances to jot down a word or two about the dreams you wake from, and as you go back to sleep tell yourself you will be lucid in the next dream.
Oh, welcome to Dream Views.
