Strange dreams.. missing out on obviouse dream signs, why?

I have a really big problem..

Oh kay so.. iv'e not had lucid dreams in a while now. I just have ordinary dreams.. And there soo strange. Example: i was sitting on an island, and a big chunk of it Flew off and i grabbed onto it and it flew to another island.. then i cant remember the rest.. and then I was like floating in a volcano. And there was a waterfall of lava, and i kept falling off it, And then appearing back on the bit of floating rock, then falling off it again. The laver acctually Hurt me!!.. and ive had them about giant lorries Flying around my skwl? and rollercoasters falling off things and then fat people bouncing around.. All strange.. These are obviouse dream signs.. peopel say that there dreaming and then suddenly think that this isnt right, I must be dreaming.. Well im not in controll at all, its like when i wake up i think aobut my dream and remember myself in the dream and it all seemed normall to me, then after waking up its not its just completely and utterly strange.. wats going on? why cant i obtain lucidity.. and how can i obtain lucidity in just one night?

In all my lucid deams which have to be in the hundreds by now i have only become lucid during a really strange event like world ending, blake holes in the sky, ect. like 3 times the rest im doing something normal like my very first lucid dream about 2 years ago i was carrying a bike up some stairs and said wtf!?!? and became lucid. Or last night i was talking to my brother and had a spontaneous awakening (in the dream) but what im trying to get at is in the strangest dreams which may be obviesly a dream you are much to cought up in the emotion of the moment and a thing like lucid dreaming is in the back of your mind when the world is ending but not imposible to do its much more likely to become lucid in a non hostile enviorment. as fare as becoming lucid keep doing reality tests every day and auto sudgestion during the night before you go to sleep and if you can wake yourself up after 4 or five 5 hours of sleep stay up for 15 to 60 min before going to sleep again it will drasticly improve your chances.
