how do i...
i don't so much 'try' to lucid dream, but for a few weeks now i have been plugging my nose every so often while going about my day and after only a few days i began to become aware while dreaming. i sort of come to with my hand on my nose and then i walk around amazed that lucid dreaming is actually real.
my question is: while in a lucid dream how do i stabilize my dream body? i have a really hard time standing upright, i feel my waking body laying down while i'm moving so i get this really wierd vertigo feeling like i'm slowly falling backwards. its really distracting and i was wondering if anybody had any tips to help me ignore my real body. any feedback will be appreciated.
sorry if i posted this in the wrong section.

You're new, and this is the Newbie Zone forum - it's not the wrong section. Welcome to Dreamviews! :)
A reliable method of stablizing the dream is to feel objects around you. You're feeling your real body because the dream is ending, so you need to try to bring the dream back. You can't just touch the objects - you have to really feel them. Smell them, feel how warm they are, look for details. This usually works for me. Other ways to stabilize the dream are rubbing your hands together and spinning your dream body.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. :)
