weird

not sure if this is anything to do with LD's but anyway

this happens to me sometimes when i try to sleep, im lying down with my eyes closed and after a bit, a sorta fuzzyness shock in my head happens (like tv static) or sometimes a sudden flash of something, it usually scare me for a sec or sometimes ive jumped up :bowdown:, it hasnt happened much recently but im was wondering what it may be

Hypnogogic hallucinations. They aren't always visual, you may feel shocks or hear things or feel things too.

another question, could some one please state all methods of entering a dream after you have had the vibrations or HI, because i can get the HI but i dont know what to do while its happening to enter a dream >_>
