my mind is tricky!!!!

I've been a lucid dreamer for a long long time since I was very little. but, recently I got into these forums. I can do dilds all the time. But, wilds.. wow hurting.
so last night I tried for the 2nd time ever. I got my own technique to get to sleep. but, if I do it. I have to catch myself in my dream I can't actually reach SP I believe. like as soon as I'm visual I move my human body.

Ok so last night. I reached lucidity aprox 4 times.
first time horrible. I was fading and couldn't spin so I started rubbing hands. IT WORKED for about 10 seconds.. then I woke up..again got back lucid spun and woke up.
going to my final time..
I got lucid and started rubbing my hands together (they were numb so I knew I was dreaming.) and leaned towards them to stay in my dream. I then faded out and woke up.. Well, this time. I woke up and got out of bed to goto the living room. At that point. I realized I was still dreaming because the alarm was going off in the other room for my gf. I went in there to turn it off for her and woke up in real life. I WAS SLEEPING!!! DAMN I COULD have had it.. O well. Next time.

Any tips on getting into sp tho? If I'm correct this is whats going on why I can't move when I'm sleeping or I really move
