New Member!

Hey everyone! I found my new favorite message board which I now check every day! Although I am new to this forum, I am only relatively new to lucid dreaming, (I've been researching it for about a year.) I do not have lucid dreams very often, but now thanks to the new HILD method, I hope to be having one at least every night :D! Right now I would say that I average around one lucid dream every two months, but before I learned about lucid dreaming, it would have been one every two years, so I HAVE improved. I can't wait to learn even more as I browse around this forum, see you all later!

To be honest I haven't heard of HILD? Which one is it? Anyway, I hope you can find the method that works best for you. I suggest you read our tutorials, and go ahead and post any questions you might have that have not been answered there...
