What's up everybody?
I just registered here a few days ago and thought I should introduce myself :). I've been interested in lucid dreaming since 2002 when I first joined the ld4all forum and I had my first few lucid dreams within weeks of discovering it. I had little control in my first dreams, but I at least proved to myself it was possible.
I ended up becoming disinterested in it for years because I thought that keeping up with a dream journal and practicing lucid dream techniques was too demanding...yep, typical laziness. I always knew that I would start it up again someday because I knew what great potential there was if I could get good at it.
This last year I really started getting interested again and every once in a while I'd have a random lucid... but the big step for me was finally starting and sticking with a dream journal. This last October I became serious with it and have kept it since :boogie:, and I now can remember multiple dreams everynight if I go to sleep with my intentions straight. I also set a goal with myself when I started my journal to shoot for more lucid dreams every month than the month prior... and so far I've had success with that too!
So basically, I'm now a very committed dreamer that's just trying to take it to the next level by joining a community (ld4all has a good forum and site, but I really like the atmosphere of dreamviews). Hope to make some friends and have some dreams, thanks for reading :D

Welcome to Dreamviews! :)
Its great to hear that you've become committed again. You mentioned that you've started a dream journal, so I might as well let you know that you can keep it online, in Dreamviews' Dream Journal forum. That way people can read and comment on your dreams.
Please ask if you have any questions.

Thanks for the welcome and suggestions :). I think I might start up an online version journal, it would give me just that much more of an incentive to keep it going.
