Does having a heavy cold stop you having LDs?:)

No :P ... perhaps it could effect your "nose pinch" RC, if your nose is stuffed.

It sure hasn't helped me.

And the flu that is going around right now seems like the Cold from Hell... and for many people, lasts two weeks or longer.

I don't know about its effect on LDs, but a fever certainly encourages more..weird dreams

I would think having a heavy cold might interfere with your sleep (i.e., trouble breathing, coughing, etc.) so it could hinder you from having lucid (and possibly even non-lucid) dreams.
