Had to LDs so far, but...

Had 2 LDs so far using the DILD method, but when i do an RC i find the dream somtimes blured and not very vivid. In my last LD i RCed and then had a False awakening. when i realised that i was dreaming and had had a FA i tried to get up but was very tired and only half got of of bed. I also didn't want to open my eye as i thought it would end my LD.
any tips when i am in a LD.

Usually just shouting "increase vividness" or "increase clarity" in the dream will do the trick. You actually have to believe it will work, and actually say it out loud in the dream. :)
