I dont know if this is the right spot to ask. But i had a very weird experience yesterday.
I sat down on my bed and looked on my image on the mirror from the door, so i focused for some time on my eyes and my breath, so my image on the mirror was getting all out of shape and everything was getting white. I did it like 5 times. Took me like 10-15 mins.After that i was feeling so relaxed and dizzy.
Very weird. Have anyone here already tried this?
Sounds a little bit like hypnosis, or meditation.

Well, hypnosis is a method that always has a purpose behind it. One is hypnotized for a reason. It sounds like you reached a state of relaxation that, if continued, could cause you to fall into sleep. I'd say it's a meditative state where you were relaxed and very focused until something distracted you.
If you want to learn more about deep relaxation or meditation, there's quite a bit of information already on the site. I'm sure you could find it with a quick search.

If you didn't blink then I think I know what you mean. I believe it's the after image effect. The negative after image and the things you see mix, then everything you see becomes very cartoony, shiny and later white. It is very relaxing and perhaps you could call it a state you get in while in hypnosis.
