An introduction...
I will take the time to mention that my posts are usually long, on any forum, simply because I always have a lot to say. Intricate thinking is one of my gifts and curses. I can discuss politics, to literature, to video games, all in detail. WIth regards to lucid dreams:At night, my mind enters a very comprehensive state. Conversely, sometimes it doesn't want to make sense of anything, especially if I have been thinking a lot earlier. At night everything is "amplified" Take that definitively. That is exactly what it is. I function better at night, likewise suffer. Watching an emotionally stirring epic before bed leaves me completely engrossed in the film, and frightening images are ten times more so. Likewise, I find more humour in my everyday life, and being really pissed of earlier is often a source of amusement for me. When trying anything new, but potentially frighteneing, especially at night, I have to keep myself in a positive-thinking vaccum. Once I am over the first few dreams, it's all routine. As you can see, the length of the post is steadily increasing... Anyway, I try to keep my posts clean cut and informative, but I often get carried away with parentheses, as I am quick to express my thoughts. :) So, on a more lighthearted note: Reading is wonderful, everybody should read the classics, especially the from romantic movement (No, not as in love) I am well on my way to becoming a professional filmmaker, and my favorite genre is the Historic Epic. Being an artist, lucid dreams are a tantalising option for creativity, and this community is great :) I would describe myself as a generally passionate person, with a love for learning, history and debate. To put it plainly, I hate disrespect to our country. Even if you do not agree with it, soldiers are dying to keep you safe, and if you feel restricted in your freedoms, leave. I'm sure you could find countries with less tolerance for individualism; there wouldn't be anything left of you if you acted that way in another country. I love a good story, the atmosphere of libraries (especially old ones) and I try not to take things for granted. I try to keep an extensive vocabulary and be polite. Well, sorry if that was a little in depth, but I feel introductions should be a little more than "hey everybody"
A few favorites:

That was a nice introduction. You sound like a very interesting person. I hope you stick around.
My very short intro:
I got into Lucid dreaming almost two years ago. Before that I didn't even know it existed. I have had many enjoyable LDs since then. I also like the outdoors, nature, astronomy, and photography.
