well i was trying to wild a while a go and wen i get that rush over me my heart rate jumps... i know its coming but my mind always becomes more aware, so if im counting i just stop and go like: whoa... then the paralisis feeling goes away...
also one time, i got past that part, and i saw these really bright point flashes of light ??? it was completely dark in my room...
is that the hypnogogic imagery?
Heart rate jumping is normal, and yes, the flashes of light is hypnogogic imagery. :)

and its a funny story bout my DV name. i use the name bob in all of my login names for any forum or website....its not my actual name but the name of my cartoon character: Drunken Bob.
