1. Does it increase/make nigtmares worse?
I really don't have nightmares.. but when I did take B6 it didn't cause me have them.
2. When should i take it before bed?
I always took them at bedtime or, if I woke up during the night, before I went back to bed.
3. Is there anything else B6 does during dreams/ to sleep?
I'm not sure I understand the question.
Below are just a few of the MANY previous threads about B6.. perhaps you will find the answers in one of them:

so taking a vitamin that has 2 mg of it isnt gonna hurt will it? or will it have no effect at all?

2 mg of B6 shouldn't have much of an effect. I've read that the recommended dose of B6 to help dreaming is usually 100 mg. My B6 tablets are 100mg. I rarely use them. They didn't seem to help very much.
Howerver, multivitamins help a lot with dream recall.
When I remember to, I take one right before bed.
