Just wanted to say hello. I have had lucid dreams nearly all my life and I need a venue to relate my experiences. I believe we are at a critical moment in time to get to understand our spiritual side, and lucid dreaming is contains vast resources in spiritual growth. I have a need to spread my experiences and techniques to see if others can grow in the way I have.
Looking forward to seeing what this forum is all about!

WOW! Thanks you guys! Positive place, I like that! Normally everybody is so hypersensitive things don't ever get anywhere.
I have Lucid Dreams about 3 times a week, but I practice New Age spiritualism when they occur (for the most part). I feel physical stuff happening to me, so I have a need to spread my technique to any that will try it.
I have looked everywhere and no one does meditation inside lucid dreaming, and it is transformative.
