Hello and greetings everyone
:) I'm new here on site. Just thought I'd introduce myself.
I am a woman in my 50s, living and working in Yorkshire, UK, and I have been lucid dreaming for much of my life, on and off - whilst I'm asleep in bed I mean of course, LOL! It is something that has always intrigued me, and several years ago when I lived in London, lucid dreaming took on a whole new meaning for me when I began having out of body experiences. This led me to attend an in-depth course with the IIPC as it was called then (International Institute of Conscientiology & Projectiology), which studies OBEs and Near Death Experiences, as well all things to do with human consciousness. It helped me to understand more of what was going on.
I left London a few years ago to return to my home town up north, and things have been somewhat in turmoil so the lucid dreaming had to come to a halt (I find too many lucid dreams in a week can leave me feeling somewhat drained, mentally and physically). Anyway, I'm now far more settled and able to recommence my experiments in this subject. I look forward to chatting with all of you in this group, and learning more. Also, if I can help anyone else by relating anything from my own experiences, then I will be more than happy to do so.
Peace to all.
