Wbtb-can you read anything about lucid dreaming?

Just wondering, it gets old reading tutorials.

Well you don't even have to read, you can just wake up and sit still for a while really. How ever it is recommended that you read about lucid dreaming because it will stay fresh in your mind as you return to sleep.

I agree with NeAvO, I rarely read anything when I WBTB.. I normally just go to the bathroom and go back to bed. But if you want to read.. anything lucid dreaming related would be good.

If you must read, reading through the dream journals here can help.
People usually post their lucid dreams in a different colour than regular dreams. It'd be easy to scroll through someone's dream journal and just read the lucid dreams if you wanted.

Yeah, the reading about lucid dreaming is just a suggestion. Other things work as well.

I will often get on this site and read through dream journals, like Vex mentioned. I find inspiration in that.
