So yea... I havent been here in a loooong while now. Not since January 28th 207. And as i had a couple of lucid dreams last night i figured I should stop in and say hello! I still dont sleep well, but when i do its nothing short of a good time. I recently tried taking melatonin as a sleep aid to stay aslep longer. It actually works really well, but i fear it may be addictive or at least habitual. I only had 3 days worth and i slept like a baby and had lucid dreams every night. I dont recomend using meletonin as i havent slept much since. It might inhibit the ability for the body to create its own from what i can gather. But ANYWAY! Its good to see the site is still thriving. I think ill stick around a bit longer :D
